How the calculator handles your figures

Everything you type into the calculator — capacity, region, orientation, shading, tariffs — stays in your browser and is processed there only; none of it is uploaded, stored on a server or passed to an installer, and refreshing or leaving the page clears it completely.

What the enquiry form collects

The form itself asks for a name, a postcode, one way to contact you and an optional short message. Payment details and other sensitive personal information should not be included. Using the website may also generate technical security logs through Cloudflare.

Why we collect it, and your consent

Details submitted through the enquiry form are used to record the request, review it and match it with installers, and the form cannot be submitted until its consent box — unticked by default — has been checked.

Where enquiries are stored, and for how long

Enquiries live in the central MoreLeadz Cloudflare D1 database, reachable only through the protected operational dashboard. The site does not use this data to build advertising audiences. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to track aggregated visitor usage, which sets a small number of analytics cookies; that usage data is kept separate from your enquiry details.

Who sees an enquiry

Submitting the form places your enquiry into MoreLeadz — it does not, by itself, send your details to any specific installer, and all onward handling from that point is managed through the lead dashboard.

Correcting or removing your details

To have an enquiry located, corrected or deleted, use the complaints and corrections route and quote the short reference you were given after submitting. Formal operator identity and contact details will follow as part of the owner's separate compliance process.
